Mohare Khopra Danda Trek: Best off-the-beaten-path trek

The Mohare Khopra Danda Trek represents one of Nepal's recently established trekking routes in the Annapurna region. This secluded trek offers panoramic vistas of the towering Annapurna and Dhaulagiri peaks from three exceptional viewpoints: Mohare Danda at 3,300 meters, Khopra Danda at 3,660 meters, and Muldai View Point at 3,637 meters. Beyond the breathtaking alpine scenery, trekkers traverse dense rhododendron forests and encounter welcoming Gurung and Magar villages, providing authentic opportunities to immerse themselves in local culture and experience genuine hospitality.

Kathmandu to Pokhara by flight and jeep drive to Galeshwor and trek to Banskharka (1525m): 6-7 hours

Day 02:

Trek from Banskharka to Nangi (2300m): 6 hours trek

Day 03:

Trek from Nangi Vilage to Mohare Danda (3300m):5-6 hours

Day 04:

Trek from Mohare Danda to Swanta Village (2270m): 7 Hours

Day 05:

Trek from Swanta Village to Chistibung (3300m): 7 hours

Day 06:

Trek from Chistibung to Khopra Danda (3660m): 3 hours

Day 07:

Hike to Khayer Lake (4600m) and Bac to Khopra Danda: 6 hours

Day 08:

Trek from Khopra Danda to Dobato via Muldai Viewpoint (3425m)

Day 09:

Trek to Ghandruk and Drive to Pokhara (823m):7 hours

Day 10:

Flight Back to Kathmandu
