Payment Options for Your Package
Multiple payment methods are available for your selected package. To secure your booking, a 10% deposit must be submitted via bank transfer. The remaining 90% balance is due before your trip commences in Kathmandu or at the designated meeting point. You may settle the balance using either cash or card. Please note that card payments incur an additional 4% bank processing fee. What is the Cancellation policy?
- 10% Deposit: The initial 10% deposit is non-refundable, as it covers hotel bookings, guide and porter arrangements, transportation, permits, and other official preparations.
- Cancellation More Than 30 Days Before Departure: If you cancel more than 30 days before departure, you will be charged 30% of the total trip cost.
- Cancellation 20 Days Before Departure: If you cancel 20 days before departure, 40% of the total trip cost will be charged.
- Cancellation 10 Days Before Departure: If you cancel 10 days before departure, 60% of the total trip cost will be charged.
- Cancellation One Day Before Departure: If you cancel one day before the trip starts, 100% of the total trip cost will be charged.
- Leaving the Trip Early: Once the trip has started, if you decide to return early or shorten the trip from the original itinerary, no refund will be provided.
- Weather or Health Problems: If weather conditions or health problems prevent you from completing the trip, a partial refund may be possible for unused meals and accommodation. However, staff salaries, permits, transportation arrangements, and other official or committed expenses are non-refundable.
- Unable to Join the Trip: If unforeseen circumstances prevent you from joining the trip, we may offer the option to reschedule the trip for a future date, subject to availability. However, a cash refund will not be provided.

Transportation
The 7-day Pikey Peak package includes ground transportation via a shared jeep for groups of fewer than 4 people. For groups exceeding 4 people, a private jeep will be provided. At the start of your journey, you will travel from Kathmandu to Shivalaya, a drive lasting approximately 8 to 10 hours that showcases stunning views of Nepal's landscape and scenery. Upon completion of the trek in Phaplu, you will return to Kathmandu via the same route.
Accommodation
The 7-day Pikey Peak Trek begins in Shivalaya Village, widely regarded as one of the most advantageous starting locations for this expedition. The Pikey Peak trek requires specific permits depending on your chosen route. If your Pikey Peak itinerary begins from the Jiri side or traverses the Gaurishankar Conservation Area, you must obtain the appropriate permit. This conservation area encompasses a section utilized by several traditional routes leading to the lower Everest region. Trekkers following this route should secure the permit before arriving at the relevant checkpoint. Foreign trekkers typically pay approximately NPR 3,000, whereas SAARC nationals generally receive a reduced rate. Children may be subject to different regulations based on their age. Regarding meal selections, you have the option to choose from vegetarian, vegan, local, or continental cuisine. We recommend that clients avoid meat items while in the mountains for hygiene reasons. Additional Services
The Pikey Peak Package does not include WiFi, hot showers, drinking water, or personal expenses. While these services are available at tea houses along the Pikey Peak Trek route, you are responsible for covering their costs. Tea houses provide WiFi, hot showers, drinking water, and other beverages, but you must arrange and pay for these services independently. If you require any additional services, please consult with your guide, who will do their best to assist you. Alcoholic beverages are also not included in the package. If you choose to purchase alcoholic drinks, you may do so, but please consume responsibly and be prepared to pay for them.
