Kathmandu to Pokhara by flight

From Kagbeni to Samar (3,650 m) via Chele and Taklam La (25km): 5 hours ride

From Samar to Ghami (3,520 m) via Chungsi Cave: 5-6 hours, 30km

Day 05:

From Ghami to Tsarang (3,560 m) via Nyi La Pass (4,010 m), 18 m, 5 hours

Day 06:

From Tsarang to Lo Manthang (3,840 m) via Ghar Gompa & Lo La Pass (3,950 m): 5 hours, 20km

Day 07:

From Lo Manthang, Chhoser and the Jhong Sky Caves and Back to Lo Manthang

Day 08:

From Lo Manthang to Yara (3,650 m) via Dhi: 20km, 5 hours

Day 09:

From Yara to Tangge (3,240 m) via Luri Gompa, 20km, 6 hours

Day 10:

From Tangge to Chhusang (2,980 m) via Paha Pass (4,210 m), 25m, 6 hours

Day 11:

From Chhusang to Muktinath (3,800 m) via Gyu La Pass (4,070 m), 30km, 7 hours

Day 12:

From Muktinath to Marpha (2,670 m) via the Lubra valley, 30, 6 hours
